In a few points:

Birthplace: Paris, France.

Current residence: Oakland, California (in the Bay Area since 1996).

Favorite occupation: Being “Papa”.

Favorite destination: Cambodia.

Favorite element: Water, the Big Blue.

Professional occupation: Explorer for green and clean technologies.

Motto # 1: Pursue your dreams.

Motto # 2: Never give-up.

Motto # 3: And if the journey seems to come to an end, reinvent yourself a new dream.

Education: ESVE (French Biz School) and Cal State Hayward (CBS).

Start-ups experience: Glamma, inFilm, Envirosystems, FSXpo, The CleanWell Company, and of course, my dad’s media businesses.
I launched the EcoTru product line, an EPA registered cleaner disinfectant with the lowest toxicity rating at the time.
I was actively involved in the creation of the CleanWell Company and the launch of its first line of products: hand sanitizers and antimicrobial hand soaps using Ingenium, the first botanical based antimicrobial technology.

Other companies I worked with/for: IDSI-Novaction (now IPSOS), Caribiner (now Jack Morton), Rhône-Poulenc (Avantis), Total/Elf.
I pioneered management decision support systems for new and mature products. I was the first one to link sales to customer satisfaction/ loyalty.

My non-profit occupations: Green Schools Initiative, Berkeley Center for Green Chemistry, SIRUM, the American Sustainable Business Council,  and Douleurs Sans Frontières.

Other things I enjoy very much:
- Exploring new countries, not a CO2 contribution I’m very proud of, but once there I’m pretty much CO2 free.
- Playing and coaching soccer, sailing, free and scuba diving, board games and gardening.
- Reading Albert Camus, Mahatma Gandhi, Cormac McCarthy, Philip Roth, Edgar Alan Poe. Listening to Keith Jarrett, Eric Satie, Miles Davis, Ahmad Jamal, Astor Piazzola, Pink Floyd, Lou Reed, Nina Simone, Ornette Coleman, Pat Metheny …

Thank you for reading and making this world safer.
