An unecessary necessity: green huddling
You can live without it but It is when you start using it that you realize how powerful and useful GreenHome is.
On the very top of the sustainable pyramid, we find the green gurus, they think green, they speak green, they live green days and nights. They were actually born green and see the world with a very acute green consciousness. After their green life on earth, they’ll probably ask to be buried naked under a tree.
A bit below, you’ll find the green movers: green entrepreneurs, green activists, green living people that are amongst the happiest that the world is turning green. They can be impatient, and not find themselves at the right place at the right time, but this is fine, they’ll keep pushing and moving things around until they feel they are making a positive difference. Their mantra is “failing is not an option”. They are convince of the urgency of the situation and will do a lot to improve it.
And then there are the green pioneers: I know, an entrepreneur is a pioneer, but in consumer terms, a pioneer et an early buyer, the kind of individual entrepreneurs love to have access to. Usually independent thinkers, they love to share with others. But they often lack the time and energy to make their opinion known to other people exploring the field. They enjoy being interviewed though …
And bit below on the pyramid are the green social bees: They realize the benefits talking and writing green can have not only for themselves but for the sake of humanity. They are not afraid to spend extra $$ for a green product, steal one from their friends when the store is out of stock, drive an extra ten miles out of an impulse. Without them, barely nothing would have happened. At least not that fast. They are the ones that have convinced so many entrepreneurs and large corporations to move on with their green ideas and products.
Huddler has made a community site for them: green home. The principle is to bring together green social bees, have them huddle about green products (and services soon I hope) and provide buyers from all sorts of demographics a place they can trust to collect opinions and information about products they are interested in. And since they made it so user friendly, some green movers and pioneers might feel compelled to share their taste and opinion …
One thing huddler might want to add to an already darn well made community site is the option to post videos … just to make the other green pioneers’ life easy …
Oh … they are giving away a bunch of free green stuff … make sure to register and share your opinion.
